MEASNET Site Assessment
MEASNET is an international network of measurement institutes, which has developed many standards for the wind energy in general and for anemometer calibrations in particular.
Among those standards is the guideline "Evaluation of site-specific wind conditions" Version 3 September 2022.
This guideline describes the process of wind site assessment including data collection, evaluation and interpretation.
The MEASNET guideline refers to IEC 61400-12-1 and focuses on data quality, plausibility and integrity.
